Placing an order
Here we address all types of questions regarding the order flow, how to get started and more.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by simply downloading the app and following the steps showed there. Otherwise you can place an order through our website here and we will process it manually.
You will first choose the service you need, then add in the address you want your clothes Picked up/delivered to. Once we have confirmed you are inside of our reaching area, pick what time you will want your clothes picked up/delivered. That’s it!
Can I order only an ironing service?
Yes! We have a special subscription package that consists of regular pickups, where you give us your clean clothes and we iron them for you. Otherwise you can order one-time ironing services through our app.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your orders by reaching our customer support. And you can get a refund depending on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.
How long does it take to wash my clothes?
It depends on the service. In most of the cases you can get your clothes back in 48hs!
I can’t find what I want to wash, what should I do?
Please contact our customer support here. We will help you with your order.
Where do you operate?
For the moment we operate in Bergen and approximately in a 10km radius around the city. Opening soon in: Ålesund, Stavanger, Oslo.
