What can I do with the bags and hangers I receive?
Keep them if you want! Or you can choose to return them whenever you have a rider home, so that we can recycle it.
I forgot my password, how can I restore it?
You can restore your password in the “Profile” module in our app, or in the login screen. If you still cannot do it, please contact us with your account info and we will solve it for you.
How can I change my contact information?
You can change or delete your contact information whenever you want in the “Profile” module in the app. If you are having trouble or cannot do it, please contact us with your inquiry.
Why is there extra items in my order?
If we pickup an order and there are items that were not specified before, we will add them to your order receipt. Notifying you first of course, so you can dispute whether you left something behind or it was a mistake from us.
Can I schedule a fixed PickUp for every week?
Yes, of course! We don’t have an option for that in the app, so we kindly ask you to contact us and we will add a scheduled PickUp for your convenience.
